12 September 2018 - Data from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau (MIB) Police Helpline reveals an estimated 25,000 learners are driving without insurance; MIB is urging learner drivers to meet insurance requirements.
Continuous Insurance Enforcement (CIE) in conjunction with Police enforcement activity is systematically driving down uninsured driving.
MIB handles over 20,000 claims against uninsured and untraced motorists every year and endeavours to settle them fairly and promptly.
