You can submit your request for personal data via our online form (currently unavailable), or via phone, email or post. You may ask for information for yourself or on behalf of somebody else if you have authority to do so. You’ll need proof of identity for all requests.
Data subject access requests submitted to MIB will be responded to within one month.
In most cases, your information will be provided to you free of charge, however, if the request becomes unreasonable or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a fee. If this is applicable, we’ll contact you when we receive your request.
