1. How will I know what my username is in Navigate?

    The username will be your email address. 

     

  2. How do I use the CSV template?

  3. How do I get additional users registered with Navigate access?

    You'll need to contact your insurer helpdesk who can create additional policyholder users.

  4. How do I change my email address?

    This can't be done in Navigate, you will need to request a new account from your Insurer helpdesk.

  5. What is MIPD?

    MIPD is Motor Insurance Policy Data within Navigate. Every current motor insurance policy in the UK is held in Navigate and can be accessed by users from the MIPD tile in the Navigate portal.
