CLAIMING AGAINST AN UNINSURED DRIVER

To progress your claim through the new claims system, please check and select that your accident meets all the following criteria and then begin your registration.

A claim needs to meet the following criteria:

The accident occurred within the UK including Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Gibraltar

You are claiming against an untraced driver

or

You are claiming against an uninsured driver and your claim is outside of the scope of the OIC Service (for more information about OIC Service click here)

Claims must meet all of the above criteria
