What happens next?

After you submit the registration form, you’ll get an email with the subject line Welcome to MIB. This email will ask you to activate your account in our claim portal.

Once you’ve activated your account, you can complete the claim form. This usually takes about an hour. Each question will depend on the answers you give, so try to have as much detail as possible ready.
