MIB Membership

If your company wishes to start underwriting motor insurance in the UK, it needs to become a member of MIB. The Road Traffic Act 1988 makes it compulsory for providers of motor insurance to be members of MIB and contribute to funding the compensation of victims of accidents with uninsured or untraced drivers.
