If you’ve been in an accident with an uninsured or untraced driver or a foreign vehicle, you can start your claim with us.

Before you start

Check your claim meets one or more of these criteria:

  • The road accident happened in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Gibraltar

  • You were involved in a road accident caused by a untraced driver, or the other driver provided false details

  • You were hit by an uninsured driver

  • Your accident involved a foreign vehicle

  • You’re a victim of an act of terrorism caused by the use of a vehicle

Try to have as much detail as possible about the accident before you begin. This will help us understand what happened and assess your claim.
