23/07/2018 - Motor insurers writing business in the UK have voted to mutualise the risks associated with terrorism claims.
MIB will deal with all third party motor claims where terrorists driving vehicles injure or kill people on or after 1 January 2019.
The market will continue to fund MIB through a levy.
09/05/2018 - We are aware that Alpha Insurance has been put into bankruptcy. We would recommend that anybody concerned about this consults the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). We also recommend alternative insurance is sought as a matter of urgency.
