The industry has agreed timeliness targets for the supply of data to Navigate and brokers play a key part in supporting insurers to achieve those targets.
Brokers should direct all questions relating to Navigate access to the insurer in the first instance, as access to Navigate is at the insurer’s discretion and relationships may vary from business to business.
