Government announces plan to scrap Vnuk EU law

We are delighted the Government has announced this decision. We have been vocal about this important issue for some time because of the unfair impact it has on premium paying motorists. Thankfully, once the direct effect of Vnuk has been removed from UK law, they will no longer have to foot the bill for claims involving a bizarre range of transportation – such as lawn mowers and golf carts – as well as for accidents on private land.
