Insurance renewals or new quotes

If you are in the process of seeking an insurance quote and need details of your claim history, we recommend you first contact your existing or previous insurer.

Here are the quickest ways to identify who was your car insurance provider:

  • Check bank statements: Search for monthly or annual direct debits or credit card charges to insurers.
  • Search email inbox: Search for keywords like "car insurance," "policy," or "renewal" to find documents.
  • Review comparison sites: If you used a price comparison website, log into your account to see your last purchased policy.
  • Check paperwork: Look through old physical documents for a policy certificate or renewal notice.
