Through the darkest of times, we were there for Sharon and her family.
This is Sharon's story.
We'll deliver the biggest ever package of improvements to our claims service for victims of uninsured and hit-and-run drivers. We'll build modern ways to share information that keep dangerous drivers off our roads. And by building on the success of our work with insurers and the police, we'll protect even more people from the harm they cause.
We'll work internationally to mitigate potential risks to motorists and our members. That will include working with the government to remove areas of retained EU laws that increase costs for motorists, supporting the expansion of digital green cards, and influencing the debate around insurance requirements for new forms of transport, including e-scooters.
We'll prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the future, improving the way we work together, developing our leaders, and continuing to improve the way we manage risk. Culturally and financially, we also need to make sure we're ready to deliver what our members and customers will need in the future.
