1.    Tell us when you’ve completed testing – by 28 March

2.    Register your Organisation and sign your agreement – by 28 March

4.    User Access Tasks – by 18 April

  • Review MIDPortal users (guidance provided in email sent on 20/3)

  • Ensure your users are active

  • Whitelist noreply@identity.mib.org.uk - where the link to log in will be sent from to all users on Go Live.  

  • Check if your organisation has email scanners/filters in place as part of its security protocols (such as Mimecast) that automatically activate any links received into your firewall; and 

  • Make sure that these issues are resolved prior to the issuing of production credentials for Go Live. 

5.    Test you can connect to the live SFTP / API environments – by Monday 22 April 

  • Receive your live credentials in early April 

  • Test connectivity to the live environments (details to follow) 

6.    Get familiar with Navigate
