The new Navigate legal agreements were issued on 5 December 2023 to all organisations that use MID and MIAFTR.
As part of the registration process for Navigate, every organisation will accept either:
the Navigate Master Product Agreement (Navigate MPA) and Product Schedules - for insurers who submit data on MID
or
the Navigate Enquiry Agreement - for enquiry only organisations of MID and/or MIAFTR. This replaces the current individual agreement.
And all Navigate users will also accept the new Navigate User Terms and Conditions.
The agreements were sent directly by email to our key contacts who were asked to share them for review by their organisation's own legal representative.
Organisations that use the MID will accept these agreements during the Navigate Organisation Registration process which is now open and closes on Thursday 28 March 2024.
And all organisations will need to have accepted their agreements by the time Organisation Registration closes prior to Navigate Go Live.

We’re grateful to the large number of organisations – representing a significant market-share - who’ve worked with us on the drafting of the agreements. The final agreements take account of that feedback received.
At this stage, we don’t consider any further changes are necessary. We kindly ask organisations to adopt a pragmatic approach and recognise that it is a multipartite agreement, and we cannot agree bespoke terms with individual organisations.
