1. If a policyholder has issues with their activation email, what do they need to do?

  2. What will be the username for users?

    The username will be the user's email address. We will not be using different user ID’s. 

     

  3. Not all my Insurers are showing in the drop-down menu ?

    This is a known issue that occurred when your MIDPortal account was migrated into Navigate. You will need to ask the insurers who are missing to set you up with an account under their organisation and assign the policies in the usual way

  4. My Navigate account name is incorrect. What should I do?

    We're aware this is an issue with a small number of migrated users who previously had multiple accounts, we're investigating and will update as soon as possible.

  5. How do I use the CSV template?

  6. When dealing with brokers, will we have to assign each policy to each individual that wants access or would the broker have access to all with us?

    Yes, you'll have to assign policy numbers to each individual. We are looking to simplify this as part of our post Go Live enhancements.

     

  7. Will there be any email reminders to advise that an account will be deactivated?

    Yes

     

  8. How do I get additional users registered with Navigate access?

    You'll need to contact your insurer helpdesk who can create additional policyholder users.

  9. Can brokers with multiple accounts assign multiple policies to one user ID?

    Yes.

     

  10. If a broker wants to change the email address for logging in, does a new user need to be created?

    Yes, you'll need to create a new account as this will be tied to the email address.  

     

  11. How do I change my email address?

    This can't be done in Navigate, you will need to request a new account from your Insurer helpdesk.

  12. Class of use is currently a mandatory field that has to be completed by insurers. Will this be changing in Navigate?

    This field will be optional in Navigate. 

     

  13. Once we have access to Navigate, will we be able to see which customers have been activated?

    Yes, you will be able to see a list of users that will tell you who has been activated.
