    Yes. We will implement our revert plan if we encounter significant issues with Navigate after Go Live.

  2. What pen testing has MIB conducted?

    Pen Testing and Dry run success - Wipro conducted Infra Penetration Testing of MIB Public IPs and Application domains, to enumerate the presence of the vulnerabilities in the given IPs/Servers, get the foothold and escalate the root privileges of the system. The Pen Test was performed from 7th Feb to 21st Feb - 2024 based on the schedule and agreed. 

  3. Has MIB conducted trial runs of migrating the data from the MID into Navigate?

    Yes, we've conducted FOUR successful trial runs of MID data, with the latest one completing 09/04/24.

  4. What testing of the Navigate portal has MIB completed?

    We've conducted thorough regression testing to ensure that all existing functionalities continue to work as expected after the migration process. This helps in identifying any potential regressions or unintended changes. Our dedicated test teams have rigorously tested Navigate internally to validate its performance, reliability, and usability. This includes various scenarios to simulate real-world usage and to detect any anomalies.

  5. Has MIB conducted Round Table testing?

    Our Round Table testing has engaged SMEs who possess deep domain knowledge to conduct this additional testing. Their insights and expertise has helped in identifying any potential issues that might have been overlooked during the initial testing phases.

  6. What user testing has MIB done?

    Customer user testing (helpdesks) was completed with a small group of customers to make sure that the end-to-end process met expectations. We’ve shared access to the Navigate portal since March 2024. This has allowed us to gather feedback and observation from users, which we’ll incorporate into our ongoing improvement work to Navigate after Go Live.
