From 24 November 2025 Navigate will be the new home for data from the Motor Insurance Anti-Fraud & Theft Register (MIAFTR). 

All data held in MIAFTR will be moved into Navigate and all MIAFTR users will use the Navigate portal to access this Vehicle Salvage & Theft Data going forward. The term MIAFTR will be retired.

We've built Navigate to be easy to use. But we've created the Guides and Demo videos below to help you and your teams.

If you're having issues accessing Navigate your Organisation Administrator can help with most queries. (Organisation Administrator is an equivalent role to the ‘Management User’ in MIAFTR, and for most organisations will be the same person again).
