Driving other Vehicles (DOV/ DOC) information incorrectly presenting through API 

 The results in policy data for DOV/DOC on Navigate showed false negatives for enquiries made using API, potentially affecting police enquiries. While the data held was correct, the fix will correct the data presented through any API connection.

MIPD Policyholder User Unlock improvements  

Insurer Helpdesk users will be able to unlock policyholder accounts that have been locked due to inactivity. This functionality will be available within the Lock/Unlock section of the user record, providing a quicker and easier way to restore access for policyholders. The user will display as “System Lock – Inactivity.”
