This Go-Live weekend schedule shows key details about the upcoming Go-Live weekend for Navigate VS&TD, taking place from Friday 21 to Monday 24 November 2025.

The current MIAFTR service will be taken offline at 12 noon on Friday 21 November to begin our migration activities. The MIAFTR portal will then be unavailable for all claims processing and enquiries, during the Go-Live weekend.

On Monday morning (24 November), we’ll perform final system checks. Once we confirm Go-Live users will access VS&TD via the tile on the Navigate portal. We currently estimate this will be available from 12 noon onwards, subject to successful completion of our final checks.

If there are any changes to this timeline, we’ll notify you as soon as possible via customer communications, including updating the schedule above.
