Key dates
Change freezes
From 1 August 2025: API Users, New Organisations & New Branches Freeze
- After this date, you won’t be able to add API users and we won't accept any new organisations, branches or relationships.
- This keeps migration mapping stable.
From 10 October 2025: Organisation & Branch Edit Freeze
- Editing or deleting Insurer branch profiles will be paused from this date until after Go-Live.
- This protects your organisational structure ahead of migration.
From 31 October 2025: User Management Freeze

No changes to users (add/edit/delete) via the MIAFTR Portal from this date until after Go-Live, after which changes can be made via the Navigate Portal.

Ensures correct user access is migrated from day one.
From 21 November 2025: Full MIAFTR Data Freeze ahead of 24 November
- MIAFTR will be offline during Go-Live weekend.
- No changes to claims, contacts, or alerts will be possible until Navigate is live.
