Our valued data services, that have supported the industry for many years, needed updating.
Navigate is a modern and secure cloud platform now hosting billions of data records from two of our key former datasets.
Phase 1- the replatforming of motor insurance policy data from the former MID (Motor Insurance Database) into Navigate in April 2024.
Phase 2 - the replatforming of vehicle salvage and theft data from the former MIAFTR service into Navigate in November 2025.
When fully implemented, Navigate will be the foundation for sharing information in real-time, delivering significant cost savings for members and giving users the flexibility and adaptability they need.
Our Navigate programme is part of our ongoing purpose to protect people from the devastation of uninsured and hit-and-run driving and to make roads safer by getting uninsured and hit-and-run drivers off our roads.
