Alerts triggered incorrectly 

There is an issue with some Alerts being triggered incorrectly – alerting organisations to look to update the “Loss Type” field, when this action is not required. 

VRM Searches display multiple versions 

When searching for a previous Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM), if the same VRM appears in multiple versions of a claim, the claim is currently showing up multiple times in the search results — once for each version. 

Keyboard Accessibility for ‘Search’ & ‘Loss date’ Field 

When on the Search screen, pressing the Tab key currently doesn't allow navigation back to the Search button/field. Also, when using keyboard navigation, entering today's date in the Loss Date field triggers an error, preventing the claim from being saved.  

Audit PDF – actioned by field 

Actioned by field in the audit PDF is not populated 

API - Milage Value change from “String” to “integar” - API users

Audit page – Previous and Updated values 

On the Audit page, when viewing changes made to fields such as Salvage Retained - Additional Information, Is Photograph Available?, or Damage, both the Previous Value and Updated Value are currently shown in lowercase. These should display in uppercase as expected. 

Audit page UI layout  

A minor UI layout issue where The Vehicle & Claimant 1 and Vehicle & Claimant 2 tables are misaligned. They should both be properly aligned for a consistent display. 

Audit additional field 

In the downloaded Audit log PDF for claims with an auto-updated VRM, an extra field "VRM Changes Y N" appears in both the Amend and Insert versions.
