MIPD Policyholder User Unlock improvements 

Insurer Helpdesk users will be able to unlock policyholder accounts that have been locked due to inactivity. This functionality will be available within the Lock/Unlock section of the user record, providing a quicker and easier way to restore access for policyholders. The user will display as “System Lock – Inactivity.”
