Navigate programme closes

You’ve now been using Navigate VS&TD for two months.
We hope the support we put in place has made your post-Go Live experience smooth and straightforward.
Performance has remained strong, support ticket numbers are low, and several planned refinements have already been delivered.
As a result, we were pleased to close the programme as planned at the end of January, confident to hand ongoing delivery and maintenance to MIB’s existing Navigate support teams.

Working together, we’ve successfully moved this vital vehicle salvage and theft dataset into Navigate - our modern, resilient platform that helps keeps Britain’s roads safer. Your first stop should always be the Getting Help page on our microsite. This shares how to get help with your questions and resolve issues, which includes contacting your own Org Admin or Navigate Champion. They can guide you to the best channel for the quickest support.
Portal access issue?
Your Org Admin can troubleshoot using their own Navigate access and the guide we provided them.

Something more technical?
If it’s an issue your Org Admin or the training materials can’t resolve, you can log a query directly with MIB using the Contact Support option in Navigate.
