We’ve emailed details of the Go Live weekend to all MIAFTR customers and have published the schedule.

Please familiarise yourself with the outage timings and when key decisions will be taken throughout that weekend. 

As a reminder, the existing MIAFTR service will be taken offline at 12 noon on Friday 21 November. Navigate VS&TD is expected to be live by 12 noon on Monday 24 November.  

You'll be unable to submit or enquire during the intervening period because we’ll be moving data between systems and testing it thoroughly with a small number of customers. Thank you to those customers who’ve agreed to help. 

If any critical issues arise, we have scope in the weekend plan to fix them. If any non-critical issues arise, we'll address them after launch and let you know if we expect them to impact your experience. 

If you don’t hear anything over the course of the weekend, you can assume all is on track. No news is good news!
