Vehicle Salvage & Theft Data (VS&TD) is now LIVE in Navigate

Navigate VS&TD went live in Navigate at 12 noon on Monday 24 November 2025.

Over the Go-Live weekend, we successfully migrated data from MIAFTR into Navigate and completed extensive testing with our internal teams, all API customers and a group of portal customers. Based on the results of those tests, we confirmed the launch of Vehicle Salvage and Theft Data (VS&TD) in Navigate.

What to expect next
You might experience some occasional slowness in response times across the Navigate platform while new users log in for the first time and send catch-up data. We’ll carefully monitor this throughout the week to ensure all customers can access their data.

Warranty period and fast follow fixes
Our warranty period began on 24 November will continue into January 2026.

As with all technical implementations of this scale we expect to encounter issues in the weeks ahead. Required fixes will be assessed, prioritised and resolved, with updates shared in regular post Go-Live communications.

Help with accessing or using Navigate
Organisation Administrators (Org Admins) and Navigate Champions have been provided with support to help them resolve most post-launch issues without having to raise a ticket.

There’s a simple support process in place to enable users find the help they need.

If you have a question or encounter an issue, your first point of contact should be your own Org Admin or Navigate Champion.

If it’s a portal access issue, your Org Admin can troubleshoot using their own Navigate Portal access and utilising their Org Admin guide.

If you need help with how to use Navigate, go to the training resources.

And if it’s something more technical, that an Org Admin or the training resources can’t help with, then you can log a query with MIB using the Contact Support option in Navigate.
