1. Will my organisation need to sign a legal agreement to access Navigate?

    Not every organisation needs to sign a legal agreement. It could be that you’ve signed already during your Phase 1 registration, or your organisation is a DA and is covered by the agreement that is signed by Insurers you work on behalf of. 

  2. How will I know which legal agreement to sign?

    A member of our Engagement team will be in touch with you to explain which agreement your organisation will need to accept (if applicable). 

  3. How do I sign my legal agreement?

    This will be via DocuSign and your dedicated Engagement Lead will support you through this process. 

  4. What happens if I don’t sign my legal agreement?

    You will not be granted access to Navigate when MIAFTR data goes live on the new platform. 

  5. What should we do/who should we email if we have no legal agreement please?

    Please contact your Engagement Manager at engagement@mib.org.uk urgently to discuss.   

  6. Have all the legal agreements been sent out, as I haven't received one yet?

    All legal agreements were sent out early in the year if your organisation has not previously signed any legal documentation. However, if you have not received, please contact the engagement team and we can assess if this still required, and re-issue via Docusign. Without a legal agreement signed you will not be able to access Navigate VS&TD portal on 24 November.
