What happens after I have completed and submitted the claim?
MIB will contact the police to obtain a copy of the report that they will have compiled. As soon as the police have confirmed that the accident has been reported, MIB will, if it does not elect to handle your application direct, instruct an agent (usually an insurance company) to investigate your application. That agent will deal with your application from then on.
