Apart from contacting the police, MIB's agents will require to interview you and obtain a full statement about the accident and your injuries. The scene of the accident will be visited, a plan prepared and all witnesses interviewed.

Medical evidence will be obtained and if you have any loss of earnings, evidence will be taken from your employers.
