Copies of all correspondence with the motorist, the owner/registered keeper of the vehicle, the motorist's employer or anyone acting on their behalf, including any insurer regardless of whether the insurer denies issuing cover.  It is essential that, if you were driving a motor vehicle, you are able to provide evidence that you were insured at the time, as the agreement excludes compensation for damage to property if the vehicle is uninsured.

If you are submitting a paper claim form by post, any supporting documents should be sent with the claim form. 

If you are submitting online you need to be prepared to send the MIB these documents on request once we have given you a reference number.
