Road Ahead - Issue 29 MIB’s annual review of the UK’s uninsured driving hotspots is covered in the October edition of the Road Ahead. Chief Inspector Chris Edwards from West Midlands Police talks about their work with MIB and other road safety partners to reduce the number of uninsured motorists in their region. Fireman Mark Hall from West Midlands Fire Service also details some of his day-to-day activities educating vulnerable road users. News and programme updates are also given around RTA Portal User Agreements, ELTO materials and boosts given to the industry’s fight against insurance fraud from IFB developments.
Road Ahead - Issue 28 This July edition provides an update on Continuous Insurance Enforcement (CIE) in view of the launch of Insurance Advisory Letters (IALs) in June. Road Ahead - Issue 27 includes all the latest ELTO and RTA Portal project launch news and focuses on the industry’s countdown to Continuous Insurance Enforcement (CIE). Transport Minister, Mike Penning, gives his views on CIE; information is provided on the latest CIE police briefings and MIB’s preparations for the BIBA Conference are also in the Spotlight. Liz Johnson, Schemes Director Underwriting at Bluefin provides an interesting ‘Day in the Life’ of a representative on ELTO’s Intermediary Working Group.
