We are currently looking for Trainee Claims Handlers to work for 3.5 or 4 hours per evening, 5 evenings per week, starting between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

After completing a comprehensive training programme, the successful candidates can progress to having their own caseload of motor claims.

Candidates should ideally be educated to A' level standard or equivalent (with at least one pass), have previous customer service experience, be able to work under their own initiative, have good communication skills (both oral and written), and a professional manner and a positive attitude.

Salary circa £14,700 per annum, pro rata, supported by an excellent benefits package, which includes a minimum 23 days holiday, a potential bonus of up to 15% of salary, a contributory pension scheme, contribution towards private medical healthcare and gym membership.
