Claims Integrity Controller

I have been with the MIB for 4 years, having spent time at Budget Insurance and Eagle Star. Dealing with Catastrophic claims is challenging, not simply because of the large amounts concerned, but because of the many technical issues involved. We work, as a highly dedicated and motivated team, to gather information from a lot of different sources. We liaise with solicitors, counsel, medical and other experts.The work can be very demanding.

However, we never forget that our role is to properly compensate victims fairly & promptly, and to constantly seek to set new standards of performance in claims handling.
