I joined the MIB in 2001, having come from a finance and administration management role in the training industry.  I was lucky enough to be part of the operations team that picked up the administration of the Motor Insurance Database and the setting up of the European Information Centre. 

It has been enormously rewarding to see it grow and develop.

Currently I am involved in working with a group of software developers finding ways of improving the efficiencies for accessing the database.
