Opportunities and career progression
Staff are encouraged to continually improve their performance and the Bureau has a dedicated training team who ensure training and development opportunities are available to all staff so that they can achieve their goals and realise their ambitions. The Bureau supports employees who choose to study for professional qualifications that are relevant to the work that they do and support is available both financially and in the form of time off to study.
