Motor Insurers' Bureau Legal Expense Scheme (MIBLES) offers claimants under the Uninsured Drivers' Agreement for claims arising out of accidents in England, Wales and Scotland free legal expense cover.

To apply for the cover simply tick the box on the front of the paper claim form, or fill out the details, when prompted, on the online claim form.  The Bureau will arrange for the providers of the cover, FirstAssist, to either contact the claimant or their legal representative to agree whether the case qualifies.
