Ann Young is head of HR and joined MIB in September 2001.  She has worked in HR for over 18 years, of which 10 years have been within the insurance industry.  Prior to joining MIB, Ann spent 5 years with Independent Insurance as a HR manager where she was responsible for providing HR support to sites in the UK and Europe.

Ann is used to formulating policies and procedures and dealing with employment law issues.  She is also experienced in performance management and compensation and benefits.  Ann is a chartered member of the CIPD.
