Ashley joined the Motor Insurers’ Bureau as  operations manager in September 2004. Before joining the Bureau Ashley worked predominately in the IT sector for companies including Galileo, Olivetti, Wang Global and more recently Getronics.

His previous roles included senior management positions as Abbey National’s desktop hardware manager, where he was responsible for managing and tracking Abbey National’s Desktop Computer Systems and Dell Alliance manager, where he was responsible for delivering warranty services to Dell’s customers in the UK and Ireland.

In September 2006 Ashley was promoted to head of operations. As a member of the Executive Management Team he has overall responsibility for the delivery of claims handling services at the Bureau.

Ashley is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who brings extensive people, process and performance management skills to bear on the daily challenges that face the Bureau’s claims operation.
