If your company wishes to start underwriting compulsory motor insurance in the United Kingdom, your company is obliged by virtue of the Road Traffic Act 1988, to be a member of MIB and to contribute to its funding. MIB was established in 1946 to compensate the victims of negligent uninsured and untraced motorists.
Your company will need to complete and return the three forms attached below before membership can be granted.
