Claire Walker - Customer Service Manager
Claire joined the Bureau in 2008, having previously worked as a personal injury case handler at a firm of solicitors.
She is responsible for working closely with MIB’s customers to ensure their expectations of the Bureau’s services are met.
Claire is focusing on improving the customer experience, managing complaints and building relationships with a wide range of MIB stakeholders, including claimant solicitors, insurers and the general public.
