Chris Pugsley - Customer Service Manager
Chris was appointed to the role of Customer Service Manager in April 2010, having joined the Bureau in January 1999 and worked as a Claims Handler and Claims Team Manager.
He is responsible for working closely with MIB’s customers to ensure their expectations of the Bureau’s services are met.
He is focussing on improving the customer experience, managing complaints and building relationships with a wide range of MIB stakeholders, including claimant solicitors, insurers and the general public.
