Kaye Sydenham - Customer Service Manager

Kaye joined the Bureau in 2007 having spent all of her career working within the insurance industry.  

She is responsible for working closely with MIB’s customers to ensure their expectations of the Bureau’s services are met. 

Kaye is focusing on improving the customer experience, managing complaints and building relationships with a wide range of MIB stakeholders, including claimant solicitors, insurers and the general public.
