Ashley Sutton - Head of Information Services
Ashley joined the Motor Insurers’ Bureau in September 2004 as the Claims Operations Manager having previously worked in the IT sector for 15 years. During this time he worked in various senior management roles with responsibility for large operations delivering IT services and solutions to prestigious customers such as Dell, Barclays Bank and Abbey National.
In September 2006 Ashley was promoted to Head of Customer Services. As a member of the MIB’s Executive Management Team he was responsible for driving improvements within the claims handling operation to deliver a first class service, including focusing efforts on addressing fraudulent claims submitted to the Bureau.
With the MIB’s expansion into Data Asset Management services and Ashley’s previous background in managing IT services, Ashley was appointed as Head of Information Services in April 2011.
Ashley is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who brings extensive people, process and performance management skills to bear on the daily challenges that face the Bureau.
